Jet2.com is to bring forward the introduction of its larger Airbus A321 aircraft from Glasgow Airport, with the type now being based at the airport from November 5th.

Based on current seat maps available on the Jet2.com website, further confirmed by both Google Flights and ExpertFlyer.com, the airline will base 1 Airbus A321 in GLA from November 5th, with a second joining the base on December 29th.

Jet2 has equipped its Airbus A321 aircraft with 232 seats in an all economy configuration, with each aircraft representing a 22.75% increase in seats per flight compared to the Boeing 737-800 aircraft they are replacing.

The current schedules for the aircraft are below, with the week commencing highlighted for clarity.

Week Commencing November 10th 2025

Looking further into the Winter 2025/2026 Season, the schedule for the week commencing January 12th is below;

One change I should highlight is that flights to Berlin, Krakow, Prague & Vienna over the Christmas Market period will now be operated by Boeing 737-800 aircraft, although less capacity than planned on these routes, there will be no loss in seats when compared to 2024 on any of the routes mentioned.
